No refunds or cancellations will be honored once you sign up for an Alchemy Week, regardless of circumstances. If you wish to withdraw from the Alchemy Week, you can request this by sending Linday Tran an email at Lindsay@thereallovealchemist.com.

I understand that the services offered by Lindsay Tran are for self-improvement and are not a substitute for psychological or medical treatment. I also understand that there are no guarantees as to the results or progress to be made.

I understand Lindsay Tran’s services are comprised of several non-invasive therapeutic modalities including energy healing with The Emotion Code/The Body Code/ The Belief Code, Healing Remembered, Quantum Healing, Reiki, guided imagery, and education.

I agree that I will not share, copy, distribute, or otherwise disseminate any materials received from Lindsay Tran electronically or otherwise without the prior written consent of Lindsay Tran. Copyrighted and original materials shall be provided to the client for their individual use only and a single-user license. All intellectual property shall remain the sole property of Lindsay Tran. No license to sell or distribute Lindsay Tran’s materials is granted or implied.

I understand that by using Lindsay Tran’s services and participating in Alchemy Weeks, I release New Earth Alchemy LLC, DBA The Real Love Alchemist from any and all damages that may result from anything and everything. I accept any and all risks, foreseeable or unforeseeable, arising from such transactions.

I understand that energy healing as practiced by Lindsay Tran, seeks to identify and eliminate underlying imbalances by releasing energetic imbalances. These methods of energy healing promote harmony and balance within, relieving stress and supporting the bodyʼs natural ability to heal. Energy healing such as these methods is widely recognized as a valuable and effective complement to conventional medical care.

I understand that releasing trapped emotions, or the correction of any other energetic imbalance using these methods as practiced by the practitioner listed below, is not a substitute for medical care. This information is not intended as medical advice and should not be used for medical diagnosis or treatment. Information received is not intended to create any physician-patient relationship, nor should it be considered a replacement for consultation with a healthcare provider, nor is it meant to replace any medical treatments as ordered by any physicians nor any other medical care you have been advised to seek by them. I further understand that these methods are not a replacement for any professional psycho-therapeutic or counseling sessions in the treatment of any mental health issues or disorders.

- I understand that my Lindsay Tran makes no claims as to healing or recovery from any illness I may have now, nor the prevention of any illness I may have in the future, and that no guarantee is made towards validity. I further understand that the use of any information I receive is at my own risk.

I understand that if I have mental or physical health concerns, I am recommended to seek advice from an appropriate medical practitioner before making any decisions about my health, and that this information is offered as a service and is not meant to replace any medical treatment. I understand that energy healing is not a substitute for medical treatment and I agree to be mindful of my own wellbeing during the Alchemy Week and seek medical treatment (including, but not limited to psychotherapy) if needed. Lindsay Tran is not a medical doctor, therapist, or a licensed physician. Persons with psychological or physical illness that require a medical doctor should contact licensed medical practitioners. By signing up for an Alchemy Week, you are agreeing that you understand the difference between an energy healing, coach and licensed physician/doctor and you will get the appropriate professional help for mental health issues if necessary. This agreement is for energy healing not Psychotherapy. Lindsay Tran is not responsible for any decisions made by the client as a result of energy healing and any consequences thereof. No statement by Lindsay Tran should ever be taken by the client as a recommendation to discontinue the use of legal drugs or controlled substances prescribed by an appropriately licensed practitioner.  Any third party information (such as books or articles) provided is entirely educational in nature and it is up to the client to use his or her own independent judgment in assessing or utilizing such information.

New Earth Alchemy LLC, DBA The Real Love Alchemist agrees not to disclose, reveal, or make use of any confidential information (information not generally known to the public relating to the client’s business or personal affairs) learned of through transactions with the client in the group without the written consent of the client. Lindsay Tran shall keep the confidential information of the client in the strictest confidence and shall use her best efforts to safeguard the client’s confidential information and to protect it against disclosure, misuse, loss and theft.

I understand that Lindsay Tran may use feedback, public comments shared on social media, or testimonials provided by the client anonymously in any form of media for marketing or promotional purposes, with permission from the client. I also understand Lindsay Tran may share client wins, achievements, or success stories publicly in an anonymous way, without disclosing the client’s name, identity, or any confidential information. The client may opt out of this clause at any time by notifying New Earth Alchemy LLC, DBA The Real Love Alchemist in writing.

Except in the case of gross negligence or malpractice, I or my representative(s) agree to fully release and hold harmless New Earth Alchemy LLC, DBA The Real Love Alchemist from and against any and all claims or liability of whatsoever kind or nature arising out of or in connection with participating in an Alchemy Week. No representation is made or intended as medical advice and should not be used for diagnosis or medical treatment. Energy healing is not a substitute for medical care. This information is not intended as medical advice and should not be used for medical diagnosis or treatment. By signing up for an Alchemy Week, you acknowledge that you agree to these terms which go into effect from the date you sign up and will remain in effect until the completion of the Alchemy Week.
